Welcome to our Mountain Lodge, high up on the rock, above the roofs of Zermatt!
We are ready to offer you relaxing moments of pleasure at THE OMNIA – with as few restrictions as possible but as many as necessary.

To protect you, dear guests, and our staff THE OMNIA strictly follows the recommendations and regulations of the Federal Council, the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and WHO in these challenging times. We implemented concepts of not only top quality but also of style and refinement.

THE OMNIA reserves the right to close the hotel at any time and to cancel existing reservations if the economic situation no longer allows it or if the reproduction value "R" is again above 1. In this case, guests are not entitled to a refund of payments already made. Claims for damages by guests due to such closure are expressly excluded.

As of now and in the winter season 2020/2021, we will take our high hygiene standards to the next level as all our rooms and suites will be additionally desinfected by a mobile cold fogger.

Are you well?

As a measure to stop the further spread of the coronavirus, we ask you, like you, not to visit THE OMNIA if you have not felt healthy in the last 10 days or are currently suffering from fever, cough or other cold or flu symptoms.

Travel safely – Park & Ride

We ask you to travel in your private car – to protect yourself, the other guests and the team of THE OMNIA. In order to give you a safe and relaxing start to your holidays, we offer a "Park & Ride Service" exclusively for our guests: Park your car at our partner Taxi Alphubel in Täsch. Your personal chauffeur will then transfer your luggage into a large vehicle in compliance with all safety standards. Enjoy the 10-minute scenic drive to Zermatt, where our porter will welcome you with the electric car and drive you to the Mountain Lodge.

On the day of departure you will settle the "Park & Ride Service" together with your room bill at the Front Office. Back in Täsch you will only board your car and start your safe journey home.

Safety Devices

Masks and gloves are made available to our guests on request.

Hand disinfection is available in all public areas of the hotel.

Hygiene and safety measures are regularly adapted to the latest recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health and the canton.

Staff

Our staff carefully follow all recommendations and obligatory measures of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health. They regularly disinfect their hands, especially when serving new guests.

Restaurant

The restaurant is open for hotel guests. For groups of guests of more than four people, we are obliged to record the contact details of one person in order to ensure follow-up in case of infection.

All employees disinfect their hands before serving and after clearing the table.

Lobby / Bar / Terrace

The bar, lobby and terrace are only open to hotel guests. Safety distances of at least 2 meters are guaranteed.

Drinks, lunch, snacks

Wellness & Spa

The wellness area and the two treatment rooms are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

Staff who are in contact with guests for longer than 15 minutes and closer than 2 meters (spa therapists), wear protective masks. Guests are also requested to wear a mask during the treatment.

Baths are open from 7 – 21 h

Saunas from 16 – 21 h

Treatments can be booked from 10 – 20 h

Fitness

We make sure that there is enough distance: a maximum of 2 guests are allowed in the fitness area at the same time.

Room and equipment are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

For guests with suites we provide training equipment for private in-room trainings on request.

Rooms

We strengthen the cleaning and disinfection processes with special attention to the elements that are often touched.

The housekeeping team wears gloves during the whole working time.

Since the rooms and suites are ventilated only by fresh mountain air, the problem of virus transmission through air conditioning does not arise.
